Bleh.
P90 starts full force again this week (Mondays are "off days" in the 3 Day training schedule so I'm sticking with that). My eating wasn't horrible today, but I'm really discouraged by the food aspect of this. I can deal with the fact that I was laid up for the last couple of weeks and obviously my work outs suffered...but the eating? I could have done better. I should have done better. I loathe myself right now...and it makes me wanna eat. *sigh*
Tomorrow's a new day, right?
You can do it girly! Have you talked to you doctor about a natural fat burner? And B12 shots? Are you drinking TONS of water? She did the medi diet (It works great but you can't eat much and you are just exhausted so I wouldn't recommend it) Maybe when you start to get hungry just eat nuts or powerade zero (Which has B12 and other good things in it with no sugar) :o)

ReplyDeleteI think once you start the workouts again you will get back on track, I'm really worried about getting in shape, I have gained 15 lbs in the last 6 months, I eat crap all the time! guess it's time I suck it up and get fit!
